Tintern Abbey: 

Although our time in Wales was short (about 1 day), the people and places we encountered were unforgettable. Our last stop was the 12th century Tintern Abbey which is situated right on the River Wye in the South of Wales- an absolutely breathtaking place to be able to spend a few hours! As you can see, I'm not short on pictures of this magnificent Herculean ruin.
